After 35 years of working with people in pain, stress and trauma, I have learned a few things.

  • Integrating the physical and spiritual body is essential to health and wellbeing.

  • Balancing the right and left sides of the brain is the key to being calm during times of uncertainty and change.

  • Having your mind, body and spirit working in harmony is an important component to decreasing anxiety and depression to find wholeness in a chaotic world.


After watching the success of my clients take control of their emotions, regulate their behaviors, and reclaim their spirituality to find meaning, time and time again, I have come to the conclusion that there are some tried and true things that can provide immense relief from the pressures of daily life and relationships. Things that are simple are most effective. People ask me how I do what I do, which, in their observation, is to be present and respond with compassion during times of uncertainty and change. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with you so you can also benefit from these experiences and insights.

Your brain's capacity - 24/7 - to interact with the world and the people around you is a key to living a healthy and happy life. Many people find healthiness and happiness elusive.
